Grilled fish stuffed with lemongrass, sweet and sour shrimp soup, and barbecued chicken with sticky rice are just a few of the succulent dishes you will sample of our travels in Thailand.

The dishes of Myanmar are often overlooked due to the country’s proximity to both Thailand and India. However, Myanmar offers a wonderful blend of culinary influences brought to life in the national dish of Mohinga. This is a rice noodle based soup recipe is the base for adding fish, chicken or pork. Each region in Myanmar is proud of its own variation of Mohinga as being the best in the land.
